DOM HUGHES
Having graduated with a Bachelor of Economics and Post Graduate Diploma in Information Systems (1984), Dom started his IT career with a Hewlett-Packard business partner that specialised in financial systems. After five years he began his own business consulting to a wide variety of small and medium sized organisations. By adopting a policy of sound product knowledge along with a high level of customer service the client database has continued to grow each year. Dom and the team are proud to say that DHCCC still service and support many of these successful organisations. Although a director, Dom enjoys the "face to face" working with clients on a daily basis and has maintained accreditation with the industry's leading vendors. This allows Dom to be actively involved in not only project management but also design and implementation.
BRYCE WOOD
Bryce's IT experience spans the globe - having worked in numerous small, medium and enterprise networks across a variety of industries. He graduated with a Business Diploma in 1994, immediately taking up a role in support engineering and post sales with a leading HP distributor. He followed this with a senior role at a national ICT outsourcing company in New Zealand providing consultancy and second/third level support. Bryce's background also includes an IT management role for an SME Accounting firm in London, as well as numerous key support roles in SMEs across a variety of industries. Bryce has completed certifications in many mainstream brand hardware and software products including Microsoft, Novell, Symantec, HP and Sonicwall. With outstanding attention to detail and a wonderfully easy personality, Bryce is highly regarded and much sought after by the DHCCC client base.
